Instructions
Heat saute pan to medium-high heat.
Add avocado oil to pan and cook chicken until registers 165°.
Remove chicken from the pan and set aside. Add veggies to the heated pan and cook until blistered 5-10 minutes.
Add chicken, pineapple and sauce to pan and simmer 3-5 minutes or until thick and bubbling.
Serve warm. Recommend serving with rice.
