Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz can Black beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • ½ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Optional Almond Butter Swirl

  • ¼ cup Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Prepare an 8x8 pan by lining with foil or parchment paper and coat with cooking spray.
  • Add drained and rinsed black beans, eggs, vanilla, cocoa powder, applesauce, milk, and honey to a blender and puree until well combined.
  • Stir in ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • Pour brownie batter into prepared 8x8 pan.
  • Swirl in almond butter swirl if desired.
  • Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes in pan before serving.

For optional almond butter swirl

  • Add Almond butter, honey and milk to sauce pan and heat over medium heat until soft enough to swirl into brownie batter.
