Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°
Prepare an 8x8 pan by lining with foil or parchment paper and coat with cooking spray.
Add drained and rinsed black beans, eggs, vanilla, cocoa powder, applesauce, milk, and honey to a blender and puree until well combined.
Stir in ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Pour brownie batter into prepared 8x8 pan.
Swirl in almond butter swirl if desired.
Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes in pan before serving.
For optional almond butter swirl
Add Almond butter, honey and milk to sauce pan and heat over medium heat until soft enough to swirl into brownie batter.
