Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cucumber diced
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • ½ cup Kalamata Olives coarsely chopped
  • cup Feta cheese
  • ¼ cup Onion diced
  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 4 tsp Olive oil
  • ½ tsp Dried dill weed
  • 1 tsp Mrs.Dash garlic herb seasoning
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Dice the cucumber, tomato, onion and olives.
  • Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl.
  • Combine the lemon juice, olive oil, dill, Mrs. Dash seasoning, and vinegar in a small bowl
  • Add the sauce to the vegetable mix and stir in the chickpea mixture.
