Instructions
Dice the cucumber, tomato, onion and olives.
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl.
Combine the lemon juice, olive oil, dill, Mrs. Dash seasoning, and vinegar in a small bowl
Add the sauce to the vegetable mix and stir in the chickpea mixture.
