Prepare small sheet pan by lining it with parchment paper.
Peel and slice bananas placing slices on the prepared pan.
Place pan in the freezer for two hours or until banana slices are frozen solid. (I left mine in the freezer overnight.)
Remove banana slices from the freezer and combine all ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth. *See notes if you are having trouble blending the ingredients.*
Serve immediately for a delicious soft serve texture. If you want a more firm ice cream, place in a bowl and put in the freezer for an additional hour.
