Pumpkin Energy Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Almond Butter (Or other nut butter)
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Cloves
  • ½ cup 100% Pumpkin Puree (heaping)
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients except the oats and chia seeds into a medium sized pot
  • Turn the burner to medium-low
  • Stir ingredients until warm and well-incorporated.
  • Remove the pot from the heat and add the oats and chia seeds
  • Stir until oats are coated in the pumpkin mixture.
  • Using your hands, roll into 1 inch balls
  • Sprinkle with pumpkin spice and serve.
