100% Pumpkin Puree

Chia seeds
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except the oats and chia seeds into a medium sized pot
Turn the burner to medium-low
Stir ingredients until warm and well-incorporated.
Remove the pot from the heat and add the oats and chia seeds
Stir until oats are coated in the pumpkin mixture.
Using your hands, roll into 1 inch balls
Sprinkle with pumpkin spice and serve.
