1lbBrussel Sproutsouter leaves removed, sliced in half
1MediumSweet Potatodiced
2tbspAvocado Oil
1tspChili Powder
¼tsp Garlic Powder
Dashsalt
DashCayenne Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°
Prepare brussel sprouts and sweet potato and place in a large bowl
Add oil, and seasonings. Stir to combine.
Spread out evenly on baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes, stir and bake for another 10 minutes until vegetables are golden brown. If vegetables are not browned after 20 minutes roast for another 5 minutes.
Serve warm.
