Roasted Broccoli

When plain broccoli just doesn’t cut it, try taking your side dish to the next level with this very easy roasted broccoli recipe. This recipe is perfect for those nights when you have limited time to prep and cook food. This broccoli is prepped in minutes and only in the oven for 20 minutes. I like to make this easy roasted broccoli with spaghetti night at our house but it would go well with so many other dishes too!

This recipe is quick and easy. It only takes about 5 minutes to prep and 20 minutes to cook. Unlike some recipes, this recipe only needs 4 ingredients. The ingredients needed for this dish are staple ingredients in my kitchen so there is no need to buy additional seasonings to make this delicious broccoli. Not only are the seasonings good, but the char adds a nice crispy texture and great flavor.

Making this recipe is so easy! Simply combine the broccoli florets, olive oil, garlic and parmesan in a large bowl. Spread the broccoli out on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20 minutes! See, told you it was super easy!
