Cooking spray Enough for a light coat on top of the pickles
Sriracha Ranch Sauce

½tbspSriracha
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F
Prepare baking pan by spraying with cooking spray
Combine flour, ¼ tsp garlic powder and ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper in a bowl or large plate
Crack egg in a bowl and whisk
Combine breadcrumbs, ½ tsp garlic powder and ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
Coat pickles in flour, tapping off excess
Dip both sides of pickles in egg wash
Coat both sides of the pickle in breadcrumbs.
Place coated pickles on baking sheet and spray an even coat of cooking spray on top
Bake pickles for 10 minutes, flip, apply a light coat of cooking spray and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
For the sauce
Combine the ranch and sriracha until well incorporated and enjoy dunking your baked "fried" pickles!
