Breakfast time is the time of day when some are still sleeping, and others are rushing around to get ready for work. Breakfast is a controversial meal, hated by some, and loved by others. I know everyone isn’t the same, but I personally LOVE making myself breakfast and sitting down to enjoy this meal before I start the day. Now, don’t get me wrong, I have my fair share of rushed mornings running around getting ready for work, but I will always cherish the mornings when I can eat my breakfast in peace. So maybe you are someone who enjoys eating breakfast, but what happens when your normal breakfast of oatmeal, eggs and toast or cereal gets boring? Do you turn to donuts and fast food breakfast for a change? Well, not anymore. This Gourmet Breakfast Sandwich will be just what you need to change up your morning routine.
This sandwich is super easy to make. You can whip up this tasty breakfast sandwich in about 15 minutes! Not only are eggs a great source of inexpensive complete protein, eggs also contain many vitamins and minerals including vitamins A, D, E, and B12 as well as Selenium, Zinc, Iron and Choline.
