There are many options with this recipe, it could be a Cajun style dinner, or it can be adapted for Taco Tuesday! To use this recipe for taco Tuesday simply use fresh cilantro instead of parsley for garnishing and serve inside warm tortillas with fresh lime juice and avocado- so good!

I really like that this recipe can be served many different ways. For those who love heat, just a dash of Cayenne pepper can take this recipe from flavorful to spicy! I personally love the spice that cayenne pepper gives to this dish in addition to the sriracha mayo which is spicy too.

Shrimp is one of those super easy and quick proteins to make. For this recipe I used frozen shrimp deveined and without a tail. This helped cut down time during prep. If you use frozen shrimp, you can put the shrimp in the refrigerator overnight to thaw or if you are thawing last minute simply place the shrimp under cool running water until thawed. Once thawed, dry shrimp with a paper towel. This allows the oil and seasonings to stick to the shrimp better. Stir the oil and seasonings with the shrimp until they are evenly coated. Shrimp cooks super fast so they will only take about 2-3 minutes per side once the pan is preheated. While the shrimp is cooking, mix the sriracha mayo! You don’t want to forget the sauce, it is that good. Enjoy this recipe any way you like!
